5 easy steps to a registered trademark in Germany or the EU:

  1. Send us the following details of the trademark:
  • Definition of the trademark (e.g. wordmark, word and device mark, logo, slogan)
  • List of goods and services for which the trademark should be protected or at least for which field the trade mark should be used
  • Name and address of the applicant and the invoice recipient
  • Tell us if you are seeking protection in Germany (> German trademark) or all countries of the European Union (> “EU trademark” / community trademark)
  • In case priority should be claimed: Details of an already existing trademark application

Shouldn’t you be able to give all of the above information this is no problem and we’ll just have to further coordinate with you.

  1. Based on the above we are able to send you our tailor-made offer
  2. As a next step you have to instruct us with the application (if our offer is acceptable for you)
  3. We’ll send you a summary of the application together with our invoice for the trademark application
  4. We apply for the trademark and file the registration at the German Patent and Trademark Office (GPTO) in Munich or the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in Alicante once we receive your complete payment
