Send us the following details of the trademark:
- Definition of the trademark (e.g. wordmark, word and device mark, logo, slogan)
- List of goods and services for which the trademark should be protected or at least for which field the trade mark should be used
- Name and address of the applicant and the invoice recipient
- Tell us if you are seeking protection in Germany (> German trademark) or all countries of the European Union (> “EU trademark” / European Union trademark)
- In case priority should be claimed: Details of an already existing trademark application
